Courier service is not free for sellers — we pay for shipping both ways.
Some customers place COD orders but refuse/are unavailable at delivery, causing double courier charges — one for sending, one for return.
₹200 helps confirm genuine orders and covers this loss if the order is cancelled from the customer side. In such cases, it is adjusted towards courier charges and not refunded.
On successful delivery, your ₹200 is fully adjusted in the bill — you only pay the balance on delivery.
If we cancel or cannot deliver your order (stock-out/undeliverable from our side), the ₹200 is fully refunded.

₹200 असली ऑर्डर कन्फ़र्म करने और इस नुकसान को कवर करने के लिए लिया जाता है। अगर ऑर्डर कस्टमर की तरफ़ से कैंसल होता है, तो यह ₹200 कूरियर चार्ज में एडजस्ट हो जाता है और रिफंड नहीं होता।
डिलीवरी सफल होने पर ₹200 पूरी तरह बिल में एडजस्ट हो जाता है — बाकी रकम डिलीवरी पर दें।
अगर हमारी तरफ़ से ऑर्डर कैंसल/डिलीवर न हो पाए, तो ₹200 पूरा रिफंड।
